I have changed my Residential and/or Postal address what do I need to do?
Please visit our Shareholder Service Center and complete the Shareholder Details Form or download the Shareholder Details Form sign it and email it to sharetrack@scs.co.zm.
Please note that if your shares are held in the LuSE CSD (dematerialized shares), you are also required to inform your stock broker of any such changes relating to these shares.
I have changed my email address and/or my mobile and landline telephone numbers what do need to do?
Please visit our Shareholder Service Centre and complete the Shareholder Details Form or download the Shareholder Details Form sign it and email it to sharetrack@scs.co.zm or download a form from our Downloads Section.
Can my dividends be paid via Electronic Transfer directly to my bank account within Zambia?
Yes, please visit our Shareholder Service Centre and complete the Shareholder Details Form or download the Shareholder Details Form from our website our Downloads Section sign it and email it to sharetrack@scs.co.zm. Please make sure that you provide bank details requested and if possible consult your bank for any assistance and your account number and branch code must conform to the required format for Electronic Funds Transfer.
I don’t have a bank account; can my dividends be paid into a third party’s bank account?
This is usually not advisable but you must give us an express formal mandate to pay a third party. We shall require formal acceptance by third party as well as certified copies of NRC/ID of both third party and shareholder. I don’t have a bank account because I cannot afford to maintain a bank account because of high bank charges, please advise what other methods of dividend payments are available?

I have inherited shares from my parent/spouse who was resident in Zambia; please advise how I can get registered as a shareholder?
Please ensure that you provide us with certified copies of Letter of Administration or Probate from the Zambian High Court with accompanying documents confirming the demise of the shareholder. The Administrator/Executor will be required to also submit a certified copy of their ID/Passport and a duly completed Shareholder Details Form.
I have not received dividends (was away, changed address, etc.), please advise status of my account and unpaid dividends?
We shall require a formal request from you. Our record system is able to generate a shareholder dividend statement that will show dividends paid and not paid to individual shareholders. Upon confirmation and update of your account, we would request the Issuer to pay any unpaid dividends to you.
Can my dividends be paid via Mobile Money (Airtel and MTN Zambia) to my Mobile Money account within Zambia?
Yes, please visit our Shareholder Service Centre and complete the Shareholder Details Form or download the Shareholder Details Form from our Downloads Section sign it and email it to sharetrack@scs.co.zm. Please make sure that you provide us with your Mobile Money Account details and if possible consult your Mobile Service Provider for any assistance and your account number.
Can my dividends be paid via Electronic Transfer directly to my bank account outside Zambia?
This is subject to currency regulations that may be in force in Zambia. Please visit our Shareholder Service Centre and complete the Shareholder Details Form or download the Shareholder Details Form from our Downloads Section sign it and email it to sharetrack@scs.co.zm. Please make sure that you provide us with the required details including your bank swift code and currency of your account.
I now have opened a bank account or I have recently changed my bank account, can I my dividends be paid directly to my bank account?
Yes, please visit our Shareholder Service Centre and complete the Shareholder Details Form or download the Shareholder Details Form from our Downloads Section sign it and email it to sharetrack@scs.co.zm. Please ensure that you consult your bank so that you have the correct account number, branch name and code.
Can you as transfer agent sell my shares, reinvest my dividends and/or use my dividends to purchase more shares?
No, in Zambia these transactions are only undertaken by LuSE licensed Stock Brokers who are regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

I am a shareholder that holds a physical share certificate and I have discovered that the certificate is lost or got destroyed, please advise how I can get a replacement?
Please contact us and inform us of the loss formally. We will require you to complete a Lost Share Indemnity Form that must be signed before a Commissioner of Oaths. Once this form is submitted to us, we will cause to issue a new share certificated for endorsement by the Issuer. You may also download a lost Share Indemnity Form from our Downloads Section.
I have inherited shares from my parent/spouse who was NOT resident in Zambia; please advise how I can get registered as a shareholder?
Please ensure that in addition to providing us with certified copies of the ID/Passport and a duly completed Shareholder Details Form, the Executor is required have the Will validated in the Zambian Courts of law or alternatively the Executor can have the grant of administration obtained in a foreign country registered with the Zambian Courts.
It is important to note that this process will require services of a Zambian Lawyer and we are available to recommend legal firms that can undertake this service at a fee. One legal firm currently undertaking this service with us is:
